Carl Warkentin is a serial entrepreneur, investor, and ecosystem architect shaping regenerative business models worldwide. With over a decade of experience in the textile industry, he has founded and scaled companies that have collectively raised 30+ millions in funding and created more than 100 jobs.
Due to his roles like Chairman of Rodinia Generation, Venture Partner at Regeneration.VC, Co-Founder of Aevoloop and advisor to several pioneering startups as well as SMEs and international corporations, Carl brings deep operational expertise to every partnership.
Carl co-initiated CIRCULAR REPUBLIC within UnternehmerTUM, Europe's largest entrepreneurship hub, where he built and led the textiles platform, establishing one of the most extensive European networks of textile partners and startups. Under his leadership, the initiative launched and managed major multi-stakeholder projects across Reuse, ReCommerce, and Recycling, and he played a central role in designing and driving the implementation of Germany’s textile EPR scheme.
His unique blend of operational experience, systems thinking, and capital access enables him to transform bold ideas into scalable ventures.
